Our Mothers Day Out program is for the busy bodies. We know life can get pretty busy - especially with kids. We're here to help! MDO is a daytime gymnastics program for potty-trained toddlers aged 2.5-5 years old held every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-2pm. Here, the kiddos spend all day learning gymnastics, preparing for school, reading books, making friends, and of course, having fun. The primary goal of Powerhouse is to instill in our students a lifelong love of learning while you give yourself some "me time" during the week. MDO also gives your child the chance to interact, have fun, and learn with other kids their age before schooling. What are the benefits? Children will learn a variety of cognitive, social, emotional, and language skills. It also makes for a much smoother transition into formal schooling later on.
What activities are included? Get ready for exposure to Social Studies, literature readiness, math, arts and crafts, table activities, group games, structured gymnastics, music to movement, circle time, and alphabets/colors/numbers/shapes/recognition and so much more. Give yourselves a break and let us hang out with your little guys!

What do you need to bring?
All the children need to bring is a lunch, water bottle, and a backpack with a change of clothes. Snacks and supplies provided by us!
