The USAG online reservation must be completed by the deadline and entries fees/forms must be postmarked by the deadline in order to avoid the late fee.

All athletes must be registered thru the USAG reservation system
Please indicate if any of your level 3-5 athletes are competing achievement. If you do not designate achievement athletes, they will be entered as placement.
