Areas of improvement: Coach turnover seems high. We've been attending for 6 months and we've had 4 different coaches during this time frame. Limited classes available for homeschool families with older children. I'd love to see a daytime class for my boys to attend during the week. Especially for children with sensory issues. Our class lately, has not started on time, therefore, the girls are missing out on 5+ min of time. Price is a little steep $95/month (4 classes, sometimes 5 if your day lands on an extra week)...seems to be the going price for anything here in San Antonio (we are a military family and have lived in larger cities where prices are not this expensive). No make ups are offered and no refunds, which, I believe encourages parents to send their sick children to the lesson so they don't lose out on the money. Parking is fine during the day hours but I have experienced the evening parking and they need a larger lot.
There are definitely areas for improvement. I hope management will read and evaluate for the future.
