**Entries and online reservations received after the deadline may be accepted by the meet director on
space availability, with the approval of the competition committee. A late fee of 30% of the total
entry fee will be assessed up to $500 per entry, as well as possible additional penalties according to
the circumstances that surround the late entry.

Meet Reservation through the USAG website is required. Only complete and properly filled out entries will be accepted. Paper entry and payment must be received by the deadline or the entry will be counted as late, subject to fines per TX USAG rules.

Entry Deadline
Entries are due by the end of District Championships. 
As per the Texas R&P, refunds may be given prior to the deadline.  Entries are non-refundable after the deadline.
