Entry Misc: Check payable to Powerhouse TNT Gymnastics (One check per gym, No personal check), along with the Official Texas USAG Entry form filled.

Leotard sizes must be included on the Entry form.

Entries must be completed on USAG Meet Reservation page (at usagym.org).

SPECTATORS

  • there will be a 2 in-person spectator limit per athlete          update***minor siblings will also be allowed entry***
  • seating will be designed to accommodate social distancing requirements
  • all spectators are required to wear a mask at all times
  • all spectators will be required to pass a temperature test

 

ATHLETES/COACHES/JUDGES

  • athletes will be required to wear masks when not warming up or engaging in gymnastics activity
  • coaches and judges will be required to wear masks
  • community chalk will not be available.  Teams and Individuals will be required to bring their own chalk.
  • all athletes, coaches, and judges will be required to pass a temperature test
  • teams will be assigned separate warm up areas for open stretch
  • hand sanitizer will be required for athletes before rotating to each event

 

FACILITY

  • will maintain constant cleaning of common areas, including the snack bar, handrails, bathrooms, etc.
  • will clean/disinfect all equipment between sessions
  • will provide hand sanitizer stations throughout facility
